Unifrutti Facility Coquimbo

The climatic conditions of the IV Region allow fruit production in the area to be composed of a diversity of fruit harvested between the months of November and September each year. The grape season begins with the harvest of early varieties, extending until April with those varieties produced in the later areas. Our grapes are packed at each farmer’s facilities and then stored at the Coquimbo Fruit Center.

Pomegranate production is harvested between March and April, citrus (clementines, lemons and tangerines) from May to September. Both species are processed on Coquimbo’s packing lines.

In addition to these species, the zone produces pears of the Coscia, Forelle and Flamingo varieties and avocados, all of which are processed at our plants in the central zone.

100% of the Coquimbo zone’s production comes from Unifrutti’s own and related fields.
