We are part of a global group of companies, each of which is a separate legal entity and some of which are located in countries outside the EU (hereby the “Unifrutti Group” or the “Group Entities”). This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of the Unifrutti Group and when we refer to “We”, “Us” and/or the “Company” in this Privacy Policy we are referring to the relevant company in the Unifrutti Group responsible for processing your data.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, including any requests to exercise your legal rights, please do not hesitate to contact us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Reg. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

This website may include links to third-party websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read their privacy policy including the privacy policies of our Group companies that are outside the EU. You directly provide our company with the data that we collect when you complete the ‘contact form’ on our website and we solely use these data to respond to your request. When you navigate our website, we do not collect, store or process your data for any purposes. We do not either collect any Special Categories of Personal Data, as defined in the GDPR.
